Its about the infidelity (disloyalty or disbelief) of his Girlfriend, which means his Girlfriend may have cheated on him several times, as he knew about them. He still kept the relationship, but had some thoughts about dumping her of her actions. He thinks of a way to make the relationship better, but he has these "memories" of the number of times his girlfriend cheated on him, and makes him suffer, which kinda symbolizes the coldness in his heart, the "Icebox".
