2 cup / 400 ml mochigome
1/2 tablespoon cooking oil
1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
1 2/3 cup water
2 tablespoon sake
1 tablespoon soysauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1/3 teaspoon salt
1 dried chicken soup
60 g sliced pork leg
1/2 / 70 g carrot
1/2 / 70 g shimeji mushrooms
Note: Mochigome is special sticky rice for mochi cakes. I don't know whether this ingredient can be found at a Chinese supermarket.
Recipe II: Sake-steamed clams/あさりの酒蒸し
350 g asari clams
2 tablespoon sake
Recipe III: Sake-steamed clams/鶏肉の酒蒸しサラダ
[ingredients]
1 piece / 160 g chicken breast
1/2 / 50 g cucumber
4 / 40 g small tomatoes
10 cm / 20 g white part of green onion
20 cm green part of green onion
1/2 piece ginger
[seasoning]
1 tablespoon sake
1/4 teaspoon salt
[dressing]
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
1/2 tablespoon soysauce
1/2 tablespoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon doubanjiang
