Once again, sealhuntifaw, I was misled by waswidat69's original video. I posted several retractions explaining how I was deceived and jumped to a conclusion, however probable that conclusion seems. Now is your chance to impress everyone by retracting even a small fraction of the lies and misnomers you have spread about the harp seal hunt and the sealers themselves. So, I take it you are a lifelong vegan, who has never willing travelled by automobile without having an entomologist inspect its windshield for endangered species of insect afterward. Otherwise, I am confused by your contradictions. Condoning the hunting of a species not on any endangered list while obeying the rules of Canadian constitutional protocol ('overbearing pc' you call it) does not a contradiction make. & if it did, a lot of nations would qualify.

Hey, there are various species of bees that actually are endangered, unlike the harp seal, which isn't. Histope, you may not like the argument because it vividly illustrates your hyprocrisy, but: do you have an entomologist inspect the windshield of your car for these endangered species of insect following every time you drive? No. I didn' think so. Which is worse, 'cuz the bees you are so flippantly killing may ACTUALLY be endangered, unlike (once again, in case you missed it) the harp seal.

Also, PLEASE: for the LAST TIME! Waswidat69 posted a video, and sent me a message ASKING me to view it, telling me it was something it wasn't (however plausible it seemed). I mistakenly believed it was genuine, then discovered it wasn't. I have since retracted repeatedly (this should be moot) any comments I made based on waswidat69's misleading video. I have arrive here because I see postings all over the net in Europe now about what rhysfawr4 has done. I checked it all & I too find that rhysfawr participates in deception.
Also people predicted he will post some absurd contrived thing about insect & driving autos, and he Did it! Same like they projected. That cinched it.

i just saw the topic on this all over the forum boards and came here to post. it has all the links. and screen captures of all of it. for all to see. and to signup
so i too looked and found correctly that the video did exist, youtube pulled it & the user that rhysfaw associated himself with has now been suspended. so it is true. rysfaw even admits it, so anyway that removes all question
so i will also join everyone else and say it has compelled me to campaign to shut down these sealers

oh and specifically i want to add that i can be against the disgusting hunt for any reason i want. for example simply because it shames canada, its a financial loss, or puts a stink on the nation.

What do harp seals eat, exactly? And they seem to be doing fine. There are, what, over 5 million of them now? In spite of their being harvested. When at one time there were (only) two million. Meaning: the harp seal is not on any endangered list. That seems like pretty reasonable wildlife mgt. to me, if more is to be considered better for a species like the harp seal.
