this is sooo fantastic, ive got a flat stomach but wide hips and thin legs and i want bigger toned legs, like rihanna, but i find it hard because i have naturally skinny (disguisting) legs... but hopefully this will help build them up. thanxs

I run a lot but neglected toning up and tightening my body. I hardly ever used weights at the gyms because all the boys hang out in the section, lol. So I gave up hope on muscle training. Your videos show me how I can train my body at home, without super expensive equipment. I have lofty goals about what I want my body to look like and your help makes my resolve that much stronger.

Dear Tammy I weigh 160lbs and my boyfriend is in to being fit I have 3 Children and well my body isn't the same as before and well my boyfriend told me if I can lose weight or atleast to what I used to be which was 125lbs we could finally get married so I hope your exercise works for me but I will keep u posted on my results and if you can give me any advised on how to hold my hunger that will help me too!!!

If you are a beginner, do the ammount of exercises she does in the video only. As you progress do more repetitions (Instead of 10 or 12, go to 13 or 14...)Don't do them everyday though. When you workout you are damaging your muscle and you gotta let it rest. So do them every other day.
