OMG, seriously. if your into cars then do some research besides watching youtube video's for gods sake! The veyron was not designed to be the fastest, it was designed to show what modern engineering can make. it was designed for over kill and to be a WOW factor. thats why they loose money every time they sell one. makes odd sense but learn a little. of course you could have a tin can with a v8 run 200mph. but you cant say you did it with style, a wow factor nor did it without ear plugs

it wont go over 200 in the same way or so precize. not to talk about the longer driving with speeds up till 253mph. Veyron is built with that purpose, the camaro will be tuned up only. there is a huge difference.

The grip that your tyres have on the road is called traction. TCS monitors your traction and trys to prevent loss of grip when excessive throttle is applied and is unable to cope with torque applied. He turned it off because he is a skilled driver and does not rely on computers.

do not forget Bugatti did not push to its limit. Remember it was 188Mph in the first and return was 196mph. As you can see the race was a close one. So if the Bugatti have pushed to its ultimate limit (250mph), the outcome would have been different.
If only I could maintain such wit at 188mph in a race against a jet!
