| It took me a year and a half of juggling before I was ready for 4 ball mills'. Try learning 4 ball under arm throws first. Continuous under arm throws on one side only is a four ball half mills'. Also try 4 ball windmill and 4 ball crossed arm fountains. All these tricks will help you get used to crossed arm throws/catches. By the time you get them down 4 ball mills' will feel natural. | Most definitely. It is one of those tricks that you can't realy ever think about. You just have to do it and practice practice practice if you want to get it down solid. |
