Bmw handles the corners way better then M-B.
Look at the M-B driver(i love the guy by the way) in a corners, he all strugling and trying to make it!
The M, is just perfect in handling! Which is more valuable then strait 0-60 time

we must not forget that in the 1970s bmw were able to get 1000bhp from 1000cc engines in f1.that was almost 30years ago..how far along have there engines come these days.....

First, the engine you are talking about was developed and used in the late 1980's (1983 was the first year, from what I found). Second, we all know that F1 technology is so advanced that it would be extremely difficult to implement it in everyday cars. Thirdly, I'm still not sure why you brought it up :-)

Right, because you are just going to be doing 80+ mph around corners wherever you live, huh? M3 is more of a track car whereas C63 is more of a consumer oriented performance saloon. It's bigger, quicker (straight line), more comfortable, and in my opinion, slightly better looking. Yes, M3 can outhandle the C63, but in the real world you would rarely exploit that. On the other hand, a C63 would rape you at every green light ;)

the races are won in the corners. That is why the M3 is better. If you just want to go fast in a straight line all you have to do is drop in a big engine with a blower into any vehicle really.
I've taken the new M3 out for a ride and let me tell you the back end is hard to break loose. Even going into a 90 degree right hander at 30mph all you get is a little wheel chirp cause it just sticks.

Personally I like the M3. Better everything (especially fun). But either will satisfy. Speed limit on most roads? 30, 40 mph? In a straight line the C63 won't get ahead much by then... 1/4 mile drags are for sods who need to prove something. If I got a M3 I'd be going to a track every weekend!
