you raised the flaps far too early, exceeded maximum N1 limit (the CDU went red)you were too violent on the column, the approach was too high, your descent rate was too high, you did a kamikaze at the end, your landing speed was WAY above 140kts (the lear 45's approach speed and you probably touched down at -3000ftm... not good

I've done that in a B744 and it's crazy as you have to loose quite a bit of altitude once you've cleared the mountain making you a bit faster. Keep practicing - with crash detection ON of course.
