You generally do, in a american way: Have a sheet or sliced seaweed, sticky rice and any type of filling you want. (With teh full piece of seaweed:) Put an even layer of sticky rice on the seaweed sheet, leaving about 1 inch of seaweed uncoverd at both ends, then pit your filling on the edge of the sticky rice, roll it up and slice it onto 2-D circles. Use a bowl of watter and rine your knife between cuts to get sticky rice off and make cutting easier. Thats how i do it.
