Suddenly, Ivan arrives and proposes him a new job. Beni asks Max to make them some coffee but Max is fed up and goes out. He rings at Iago's and lets his feelings out: pain, loneliness (Beni is changing now he earns loads of money; he doesn't talk to his mother --Clara- anymore...). Iago has become the most important thing for him. Iago explains the new twist and asks Max not to get involved this time, 'cause things are going too far. Max just doesn't listen: he tells Iago he loves him too much and admits he will do anything in order to help him recover the jewels (which means, he will even get involved in the new robbery!). Iago can't just believe what he's hearing. They both kiss passionately, sealing a sort of agreement.
