Looks like most of these are not true 'sniper rifles' but in fact anti-material rifles. .50 BMG and larger is designated as an anti-material round, meaning that the sniper using it is supposed to shoot equipment only: vehicles, weapons, containers (of course they have been known to shoot at canteens and other equipment that enemies happen to be wearing at the time). @ 1:22 is a Denel NTW 20 which is a 20mm anti material rifle and the gun that inspired Halo's sniper rifle.

@ 0:16 is a Barrett M95, you can tell from the magazine. M99s are single shot bolt action vs M95 mag fed bolt action. M99 is the only rifle to chamber the formidable .416 Barrett round though.
