Lol, I think that's because I was in some sort of Mario hype or something. Thought I'd put Mario's face instead of mine. My brother has his Mii face for his game though.

Well, you can't use Luigi's face before you complete the game. This was filmed at the same time as I unlocked Luigi so I didn't know and I didn't took the time to change my Mii. Just wanted to show some Luigi action! So yeah, I didn't mentioned it before but this was actually the first time I finished the game.

Get every star and fight the last boss another time. That's all you'll this ending sequence and the Luigi message. This video is actually a recording of me after the ending video while I have 120 stars and beaten the game already. I cannot tell if you can get 120 stars without fighting the Boss and then getting Luigi only fighting him once though.

You don't have to... It's up to you! :) You don't get anything really by finishing the game with Luigi so it's just for fun.
Or if it's what you meant, yes you have to beat the game all over with Luigi.

Actually, if you collect all 120 stars with Luigi, you get one last bonus. If you want to spoil it for yourself, you can look it up on youtube. However, It's much more fun to find out on your own.
