If a person gets excited when a telemarketer calls, then he really isn't worried about the DO NOT CALL list. I find it disturbing with this pleasure.
Your comment on getting humor has nothing to do with being humane.
Tech service is contract out to India and other countries bellow the poverty level, by major corporations, because it's cost effective.
Picking on people who are from the lowest poverty level makes you a coward and a cad. Pathetic really.
