only reason it looks like no one is dancing is because it was something like a hundred degrees with not a cloud in the sky. dancing was hard to do since you were sweating bullets standing still (i'm in that segment of the video right up front in my gray sleeveless shirt).

i do find on the whole that at outdoor daytime parties people just tend to stand and sway, never that much dancing, unless a tv camera is in the area :P :P
