Yes they could have extended the siege and encouraged more negotiations.....but look what's happening now....bomb blasts occuring faster than the calendar's turning....What the Red Mosque mafia did was wrong....yet they did not deserve to be pummeled to death...however....if the redmosque lot is doing whatever's going on now.....they're not muslims then....not even human beings....killing innocent people everyday...

More biased reporting from Al Jazeera. Please notice that in the first part of the piece Ragee Omar makes no mention of the weapons and explosives that existed inside the red mosque. The taleban inside were depicted as gandhi followers that only distribute medecine and food to the girls. Only in the end we realize that the taleban inside had more than medecine. Not once viewers are told about the role of the taleban in Afghanistan. In short : Another biased Al Jazeera reporting

Please watch the first part of the documentary carefully. He says that if they have guns, they are doing a very good job of hiding it from the camera. And his job was not to give a monologue about the Taleban in Afghanistan, but to present the other side of the Lal Masjid story. Atleast now we can know that the Maulana was not some gun maniac who lusted for war as depicted by CNN and others, but was willing to talk and negotiate and defend his position.
