Yah, it is an unfortnuate thought but I still live in those days. I'm such a loser but I loved the ninites with every fibre in my body, you have no idea how much I miss everything. my childhood WAS the ninties it's just sad that I look back and nothing is the same. I mean I can live without the fashion, but the culture was one-of-a-kind.

Shush. Watch, depict, and appreciate the beauty of what they created, and be thankful the smashing pumpkins aren't the same band you see everyday, rehashing what once struck gold over and over. Be thankful they're innovative enough to actually put out a new sound. Originality is a rare sight to behold, these days.

I don't remember much of the 90's ( I was born in 93) but I actually remember siamese dream, and the cranberries. Now, it's just all this shit pop music. Everything seems to have gone down since 2000. SP has gone to general rock instead of grunge/alternate. They're still good, but they've lost their kick.

I don't remember the cranberries until a couple of years ago when a friend of mine gave me their album for my birthday, they're ace! I agree with you 100% about how everything changed in 2000, it's really sad to see that - everyone is making such crap music. Yah! My aunt bought me zeitgiest (sp?) for chirstmas and the SP I grew to love and know are no longer! They're just another band I still respect but yah, they have lost their kick it is a pitty.

What we have to realise is that sure, SP could turn back to what the were, but would it be the same? If Led Zep started releasing new songs (with the same style) it still wouldn't be the same. Some things become better over time. And also I doubt they would make enough money to carry on touring anyway.
Plus we need to take advantage of what we have. Some bands are still o.k, and if you really want to make a difference, form a band and try and bring back 90s music.

they shot the whole video with a regular camera instead of a video camera, so what you see is just bunch of fotos have a dvd with all their videos and there you can listen to them talk about all there songs :)

If you have come to watch this video then you really should just stop for 4mins of your day,as it is truly a work of art,but more than that just listen to the wonderous sounds & poetry known as the music of Smashing Pumpkins. This song has heart,soul & passion. It just shows what can be created when talent meets beauty in the form of music.

I love how the frame rate is in sync with the measure of the song.
Enjoying this music now is great, but there was nothing like experiencing and appreciating it when it was released. When I think back and rerun the tape in my head of that era, all my memories are like looking through a hazy lens, softly illuminated by late-afternoon sun.

their videos are amazing..envolving..artistic..i love them. i was very young when i began to hear them, and i didnt really knew how to apprecate music, but i remember that i loved the smashing pumpkins, that their music and videos made born some fellings in me that i couldnt describe..its like i already kew that some yrs later i'd be listening this and remembering the past..its the kind of music that makes you travel in memories, in your fellings, deep in you. i love this
