What hes saying is that instead of spending trillions on a war using both our military, and contractors. Nation building IE: schools , hospitals, police forces, water&power, roads, oil, employment, boarder protection, You know all those things we should be doing in THIS country.
We could save ourselfs the time, money, life, and headaches by sending in private contractors to hunt down the Osama Binladens of the world.

I guess it could be, but the way blackwater is used, i mean their not even held accountable for any laws they break. IE: gunning down civilians

No one or thing/entity is above internation law- The Law of Nations. But I'm sure it's difficult to prosecute.

if a country has nukes we can't screw them with our trade negotiations and sanctions. its a fact that we have been known to give aid to countries with nukes. these two reasons are why shit hole countries want nukes. a country using a nuke will be wiped out, and they know that, so only a country with absolutely nothing left to lose would resort to that.

The reality is within 10/20 years many countries that dont have Nukes will have them whether the west likes it or not. The US/Europe cannot police/invade all these countries.

Well much of that assertion has been supported. The news doesn't talk about it anymore; coincidentally, now the news (especially FOX) is beefing us up for war with Iran.
We still have inspectors in Iran today. Despite popular belief, Iran has not kicked out the inspectors, and Iran has been complicit with UN inspections. Don't get me wrong; Ahmedenijad is not a particularly savvy guy or anything, but they are technically following the rules and we cant afford to be lied into another costly war.
