Oh thank you so much Koren! This helped me A LOT! I was so confused with this whole "MAC Pro" thing. Before I was thinking... Should I be a member? How come I can't order online. What is MacPro?
But now thanks to you, all my questions are FINALLY answered, yay!

Sephora is actually quite as good if not better, and slightly cheaper then MAC.

hey NHR - being a makeup artist, most of my clients demands certain brands, and somehow majority requests MAC brand, so I accumulate a lot of MAC products. And of course, it also benefits us makeup artists to be able to charge more for using high-end products and bands that clients wants.

i have trouble finding the right shade of concealer / foundation either powder or liquid. i usually test the foundations out on the bottom side of my arm but sometimes when i test out more than one shade they all blend into my skin because they look kind of similar so its pretty confusing to know which shades are the most suitable for my skin..

no, theyre not the same. Foundation gives coverage which will even out your skin tone and cover minor imperfections. Pressed powder is used to mainly blot the skin from shine and to set the foundation so it stays on the skin longer.

Take a foundation and open it up. Rub a little bit of foundation into the palm of your hand. If the foundation seems to disappear, then it means it's your skintone!
And yeah, it IS confusing...XD mine's sorta easy to pick out though, my skintone is soft ivory. It's one of the whitest shades there is >_> I'm such a cracker...

I resently purchased the studiofix fliud in NW45 but my fix pwder is in NW43(already had)could I use the NW43 to set my foundation or should I purchased the fix powder in NW45 so it's an exact match?
