i do get it and when i see how western women totally tear up our dancing which is over 4000 yrs old its very insulting to me....then again arabs are too proud.

This is more the American Fusion style of dance. I myself love Egyptian folkloric, especially Raks Al Assaya and Ghawazee style...anything along those lines. I like the "real deal".

So what if she does look like a 'evil whatever'? You never 'got that in your blood' to know dancing (as other arts as writing, painting, music etc etc) all come from expressing something? Maybe that is just what she want to bring forth in her preformance and this very dance. Dance is not just about moving to music. it's a way to express yourself.

Belly dancing or Raks Shaker is in every woman's blood, i mean the dance is over four thousand years old from Africa, where we all come from originally. Having only just today discovered this, I'm totally entranced by it! Everything about this vid makes me hapy in a trance-like way... the music, Rachel Brice, her outfit, her dancing, her smile.
Believe it or not, I'm not even thinking "phwoar, like to get it on with her" but more "that's so aesthetically beautiful". I admit, watched it 3 times on repeat. :D

You obviously don't realize this is not is NOT Egyptian Belly dance..it is American Tribal fusion..wich is very different. As an Egyptian woman I guess you would suck at AMERICAN TRIBAL fusion..because you don't got American blood or something LOL oh and just a tip..while you are you tubing don't bother looking at vids that state in the title they are TRIBAL FUSION or Gothic Tribal if I were you I would just look up only Egyptian titled vids since other styles upset you so much
