It's unfortunate that your knowledge is limited but it's also understandable as I'm guessing you only educate yourself through reading newspapers and watching TV.
It's ok to support Bush, it's good that you have some direction but at the same time you should look into things a bit more. Bush cannot be blameless for certain 'unnecessary' wars in which thousands of civilians have died.
There's other things aswell though,
