Just because it has handle bars does not make it a bike. It would be different had it a scooter type seat. Overall its just a simple hovercraft with the throttle assembly mounted on a handle bar.

You can't use that in here cuz the balloon on the bottom would pop in a matter of weeks or get soo much holes that it won't hold up any pressure and be broken really.
