Her range is something that she has taken good care of, even if it is something she was born with. Her voice has potential to be beautiful, the tone is perfect, but her methods regarding vowels, dipping her voice for dramatic effect, and over-souped fake vibrato is painful to my ears.. she's professional, but she sounds like that obnoxious old lady singing in your church when she does that. And when attempts a classical aria, I'd suggest she build the support for it.. like Renee Fleming?
