The Tether Experiment 'Aliens' Part 2

Uploaded by: ChrissyoSpace
Video Description:
This is the second installment of my "The Tether 'Aliens'" videos.
Whilst this video doesn't actually say anything that I didn't already say in my first video it elaborates on some points and gives a bit of video evidence.
It covers the similarities of the two sets of objects (the tether video objects and Jupiter) and also shows why the objects in the tether experiment videos appear to pass behind the tether.
I should probably add an apology! Sorry for all the text! I would narrate this stuff myself, but I always feel so awkward talking to a computer with a microphone. Besides, this way you can pause the video to read over stuff if you really want to. Maybe in one of my next videos I will add some music or something. I'm just not a big fan of using someone else's music.

Care to back that up with some evidence or an explanation? Or are you simply trolling?

Look at nasas unknowns (web page). But not only that, you were patronising and touching on ridicule to help put your point across, how can you be taken seriously?

"Patronising and touching on ridicule"
You mean the last segment, where I invite the watcher to use a tad of common sense? Though I do agree I probably could have done without the last sentence (though I DO still believe it to be accurate). Irregardless, it is a poor decision to discard my explanations as "not serious" just because you don't like the tone.

I've had a quick glance at that webpage - it appears as though they also suggest that the objects are small particles (they suggest ice).

I loved your reasoned response and demonstration. Have you noticed a correlation between people who reject reasonable evidence in favor of lunatic fantasies - and people who can't spell, read or write a sentence using proper English grammar?

Just a question: Would these effects still apply to a similar extend when using an ultra-violet camera? The Tether video was an ultra-violet recording IIRC.

Yup, airy discs (and diffraction etc) will still occur in UV.

ufo's reflect light, and debris reflect light - both can become airy discs. how can you tell the difference between debris and crafts?
We wouldn't as such ... ( 8 months ago by ChrissyoSpace)
We wouldn't as such, not directly visually. But, we'd need some sort of actual conclusive evidence/proof that we *were* looking at a craft rather than just some plain debris before wild claims and accusations are made.
In the tether footage, there is no evidence of "crafts". The objects in the footage are small and close to the camera.
The tether was ... ( 7 months ago by chuck4842)
The tether was designed to be a sort of solar panel so it had alot of energy when filmed with uv camera and may have "shown through" the luminous objects. Also why do all the obhjects seem to be flat facing? Why aren't any "flying" at another angle?
"why do all the ... ( 7 months ago by ChrissyoSpace)
"why do all the obhjects seem to be flat facing?"
Because they're airy discs. The 'donut' shape is caused because the camera isn't focused on those objects. They're all 'facing' the camera because the camera is creating the effect.
For example, if I was to take a starfield in my telescope and unfocus it, I'd get the exact same effect - dozens of 'donuts' all facing right back at me. It isn't caused by the 'direction' of the objects, it's caused by the camera.
That was my point ... ( 7 months ago by chuck4842)
That was my point actually, I was saying if they were ufos, they would have at least some type of distinction, also if they are water/ice it would explain the pulsing, because uv is stronger in space and temperature is colder creating both temperature extremes may cause a rhythymic freeze then unfreeze. But why wouldn't NASA come out with these explanations?
I saw them ... ( 7 months ago by chuck4842)
I saw them following the natural curve orbit of earth, but none changing course
Actually, the most ... ( 7 months ago by ChrissyoSpace)
Actually, the most probable cause of the 'pulsation' is simply due to the fact that the small particles causing the airy discs are themselves spinning. When they are facing us, their illumination is at a maximum and when they've have spun around so they're facing edge on, the illumination is at a minimum.

The tether was only ... ( 7 months ago by simonkee51)
The tether was only 1cm thick and the camera shows it as being several hundred metres thick and an optical illusion.
The ship had just dumped their "waste" and this is known to linger in space. The camera looking into the distance would pick up these as out of focus large, possibly moving pieces.
The largest objects would be as bright as a full moon viewed from Earth and visible in the daytime to anyone - no mass UFO sightings of fast-moving moon-like circles were made.
Ergo not UFOs!

What kind of telescope did you use? These videos do no good without some background. Is this a de-focussed reflector?

Very nice! I first thought that the pulsation was caused by different frame frequencies when this video was possibly recorded for the second time (from NASA big screen etc....) The rotation of the dust/ice particles seems very plausible. I watched a few tether "UFO" footages and indeed the pulsation rate varies a lot between the particles, and some don't seem to be pulsating at all or only slightly.
Does the shuttle crew dump their waste or part of it like the Apollo astronauts did?
The STS-75 objects ... ( 1 week ago by mindprism)
The STS-75 objects have notches- some have TWO NOTCHES. The notches DO NOT have the same orientation, as you would expect if this was because of a notch in a mirror lens.
So, IMO, your attempt at explaining the objects fails. Appreciate your efforts though.
