I liked this show a lot..the thing is, they rushed it so much, that they went through the whole war in like a year. That basically set themselves up for the show to be cancelled. What they should have done was drag it out A LOT more. Maybe should have added the French and Indian War, or the War of 1812. Or every season, have a new group of kids for different wars like the Civil War, WW1, 2, etc. Something like that would've made it more of a success.

yeah, when I was in fifth grade they ended showing this show, and I really wanted them to make a civil war version of this show, it would have been so cool. It would have been way better than the PBS crap they show now

OMG!!! I'm so glad I'm able to hear this again! XD I got sooo MAD when KPBS took this away from their program... lol, hearing this from a teenager... just goes to show how Liberty's Kids ROX!!! XD lol, and I know this was suppose to be only and educational series, but I couldn't help but put James and Sara as a couple when I was like, 8 years old... XD
