Oy, I can help you, never heard it called a "night" ocarina before, it's a 12-hole sweet potato ocarina. If you look on the tube you'll be able to find a few people playing them (users mou5e and docjazz4 are the best I've seen). Watch their videos and you'll see the fingering and playing method. Enjoy!

I have the exact same kind of ocarina as you, but it's just called clay ocarina. I think it's commonly known as "sweet potato" ocarinas here, by its shape, I think. Those words you flashed in your vid tells you what finger goes on which hole. At the bottom there are 4 holes. You don't press the hole in the middle, it's where the sound is made (cover it & there'll be no sound). Your right thumb covers the 2 holes on the right, and left thumb on the 1 hole on the left.

Now hold it like you're about to eat a hamburger. Your 1st 3 fingers of your right hand cover the 3 smaller holes @ the right, pinky holding the ocarina in place. Your 4 fingers on the left covers the rest of the holes (index left finger covers the big hole in the middle). Msg me if you need more help.
