Congrats on going natural. You'll love it! Have you mixed up a spray bottle of the daily spritz yet? If not, try this: get an 8 oz spray bottle and add like 3-4 Tablespoons of vegetable glycerine then fill the bottle with distilled water. You might add like 10-15 drops of rosemary oil to the mixture. Rosemary oil aids in hair growth. Spray your hair daily, finger comb, and go! You might also want to get some unrefined shea butter, too - it keeps the hair soft.

When I did mine I had a break down and my hair just had to go!! He did not want me to do it, but I told him it was something I had to do fo rme!! I think he did not trust me to cut my own hair and that was the problem! After he saw it, he like how I had it styled and after that it was like I can't wait for it to grow!!

i just did the big chop in september 08 and it has grown a lot also but im still not really use to it yet im always wearing scarves
but sometimes i wear it out in a puff but my husband tells me i ashamed yeah cause i hate it when people stare and all that but now i hold my head up and say this is me and forget you a lot of blk grls with perms will give you the weirdest look but later on they will be natural too by watching your progress .
