PLEASE SUBSCRIBE!!
I brought my computer to the store I mentioned in the video on July 5th and left it there because I was running around for the 777 gathering and I had no free time. i was assured that the problem could be fixed at the store - but they were wrong...
The store was just as at fault as Apple was. The manager lied to me on numerous occasions, for instance he told me he had no way of contacting Apple to find out where my computer is.
The whole Store/Apple customer service operation needs to be changed and made to work properly.

Something similar happened to my friend. He waited 3 MONTHS for them to fix his laptop. And after that, the just offered him store credit which he used to get another laptop. Luckily he had nothing vastly important on that computer. Micro-Center ftl :\

This is definitely Micro Center's fault. Apple has the best support among comuter manufacturers. Why would Apple try to remove computers with iSights which Youtube users use to make videos? Had you actually bought the Mac from an Apple Store you would have Apple's actual service. So go and sue Micro Center, you would definitely be satisfied by Apple support, they would even call you personally from Steve Job's office and have this issue fixed, but you get what you pay for in Micro Center.

actually i fix my computer personally.
a mac is easily fixable... even if i avoid the warranty... i'm good enough to fix for myself. and the only time i let apple to fix it, after 2 days it was ready.
