I found that if you try to send this to your friend...they can see the exe is caled Shutdown.exe...which defeats the purpose of it...BUT if they arent smart you CAN however do it this way.
1.)Open notepad and type...C:\Windows\System32\shutdown.exe -s -t time in sec -c "message"
2.)Save as...Name.bat
3.)Send to whoever <3

I have known this trick before, but anyway, good video ;)
It could be interesting for you to know that there is a "counterstrike" for this. Create another shortcut the same way as in the video, but in "target" type:
shutdown -a
Then name it "Abort Shutdown" and... voila! If you manage to doubleclick it before the shutdown timer timesout you saved yourself ;)
