My illegal use of horn ticket on 3/15/2008 a the Scientology Church in Dunwoody, GA.
BTW the cop even said don't forget to renew your license in 3 months. And gave me advise on the best time and place to go to get it done so that i don't have to wait in a long as line. See I toldhim I was new to the area and he even welcomed me.

Here is what you do. Listen very carefully.
Show up to court. Tell the judge that you thought a protester was going to enter the street and you honked your horn for their saftey. Thats it. The ticket you received was for using your horn inappropriately.Tell the judge that he/she will overrule the cop.You did it to protect the protester from being hit.

He says he has to pull him over, but that's absolutely false. He was not doing anything illegal, and there was no offense. He "had" to pull him over to look good, but for absolutely no real legal necessity. It's bullshit.
