cutting spending to the educational system
cutting spending for welfare leaving 500,000 women and children to die.

Aids.
Arms for hostages.
funding Al Queda.
Funding Iran and Iraq, causing a war between the two.
Funding Latin American wars.
The only reason why the debt increased by the way is because we were outspending Russia in weapon and space development something Reagan said he would do.
So if Reagan said he was going to cut taxes ( a tax cut doesn't mean the elimination of taxes) which he did. Combat Communism. which he did. and re-tool the military, which he did. How was he a bad president if he did everything that he said he was going to do?
The Clinton surpluses were not due to tax cuts but the dismantling of part of the military after the Cold War. The surpluses would have been even larger but for the tax cuts.
If you don't believe in cospiracy theories than remember that R.R was only a man and didn't like details. He was an actor not a superb administrator.
