B12 is a universal bacteria that is destroyed by food processing, pesticides, washing, irradiation, etc. B12 is found in natural habitat. Most people drink purified water w/fluoride added today too.
"it isn't digested as aminoacids from meat etc" Humans on avg metabolize up to 6g protein/hr. A higher intake is temporarily stored in AA pool or turns to fat. Most meat protein is not absorbed as AA. Fruit has enough AAs
"0.6 grams of daily brain growth, we can see that in terms of nutrient makeup, this would consist of 0.47 grams of water, 0.059 grams of protein, 0.056 grams of fat, and 0.0084 grams of ash. This trivial nutrient requirement is, of course, easily met by human breast milk during the period of maximum growth rate"-Coleman

And yet you think this is good for your body and natural?
I guess that's how it is when you base your diet on superstition...
dairy and meat industries are huge...so of course the media will promote these things..milk does a body good..incredible edible egg(ovary) etc....you cant profit from womens breast milk...you cant profit from womans eggs...fermented cow snot and puss(cheese) milk..meat... are big business..and masses have been snowed
It takes a lot of work to build muscle mass regardless of diet, unless you have a genetic advantage. It's nice to see him getting out there.
People will still deny objective reality, but rationale people will see once more proof that the anti-vegan propaganda is just absurd.
We don't very much meat, but our body NEEDS some meat/fish per day... our ancestors ate it... there may be many stuff in it which haven't been discovered, but is good for our health...
so: lots of vegetables and fruit, 200 gr. meat a day will do the trick ;)
"200 gr. meat a day will do the trick"
Magic tricks are off topic.
The interesting thing about the pro-meat superstitions and propaganda is that for every one that is nailed as BS, a new one is fabricated.
