This is bad ass. This is the best wayIi've seen to fight air. But seriously, if you get in his way, you take a hit, he falls on his head, game over. It doesn't look like it has any power, but it's fast so it would hurt... anyway, if you end up fighting someone like this, clench your teeth, keep your chin against your chest, run in and tackle.

It's all acrobatic stuff. I'm good at martial arts myself and I know better than to pull a back flip with a half spin arching back while counting backwards from ten in japanese before trying to land a kick to the head. Though I personally want to learn how to do more of the acrobatic stuff before I fall out of shape.

Dude I'm a first dan black belt in Kukkiwon Tae Kwon Do and I give you a thumbs down. You need to learn some of the other styles out there. You pick a fight with someone in Judo or Aikido the second they touch you with their hand you're hitting the mat faster than buttered toast.
