i know he was a failed UFC fighter, got completely owned by vera and kongo, put up an OK fight against sylvia but other than that he sucks, now if he cut to LHW he could do quite well

I Wouldn't say Kongo dominated him, Kongo clearly won, was shitloads more effective in the stand up but Silva exchanged some blows and took Kongo down at will, if only he could of done something on the top mount.
