more than likely, it means that you have some work to do on your throat charka . . . it could mean: - you don't communicate very well - you have other issues around self-expression - you have throat, teeth, ear problems (or something else in that area) (- i'm no expert!) we all have our energy blocks to deal with, and usually that which we have the most difficult time resonating with is where we need the most work... we all got work to do ... i hope this gets you thinking. namaste brother

Also this chakra is related to truth and you feel agited because you have some hard times admiting yourselve the truth. As far i was concerned evolving sacral chakra and remove the need to be right all the time helped
