question: If i am relatively toned, will this just make my muscle bigger? I'm quite conscious of my muscular calves, and I'm aiming at slimming my inner thighs- not necessarily making them bigger. Will this exercise have that affect?
okay QUESTION: i am pretty toned all over my body, i am focusing more on my inner thighs and butt. Will this excercise help with those in the way of reducing fattiness, instead of increasing the muscle?
This will help burn fat all over, but you can't spot-reduce. Sorry. :-(
Definitely don't do this if you feel it in your knee. And, yes, it does tend to work the thighs more than the glutes.
I have some variations (and other exercises) for the glutes in my book, but it's beyond the scope of discussion here, especially with the 500 character limit. :-)
Please check out my book... you won't be disappointed. It's the least expensive way to learn everything I know.
Doug :-)
