Probably the most beautiful piece of music that has touched me and taken me to another dimension. Beautiful engagement of clas sical with Rock. Interpretation: Jesus is the Light of the world. The Son is truly our reason to be here. We can come through the gates of delirium out of our mad darkened understanding of this life. I pray that the light will come to us all soon and we will see that He, Jesus, the Son of God is our reason to be hear.

Thank you! I have no doubt that YEs are very nEW aGE and their view of light, reason to be here and the sun (I was looking for the correct lyrics too - can anyone help me where I can find them?) may be different to the judao-christian perspective. We all interpret life from the spirit which is within us and as Almighty God is above ALL and has given all things richly to enjoy!

For me personally, Awaken, Gates of Delirium and To Be Over are the best songs. And I am happy that Jon's fantastic "Song of Seven" is now available here. Listen to it if you don't know it yet. I love Jon Anderson: I really love him for being that light part of my life since more than three decades. I saw YES in Nuremberg then: Going for the (Big) One.

Oy vey....Do NOT try and pigeonhole this wonderful music into your narrow minded Christian mindset. This is not new age music. It's from 1974, and it's based on a novel published in 1865.
God's involvement in this is that he blessed this band with the talent to compose this musical masterpiece.
He obviously didn't teach you that the reason to be "hear" should be spelled HERE.
