The blimp features a slogan that reads, "Who is Ron Paul?" the 200-foot-long blimp (larger than the famous Goodyear blimp) promotes the Texas congressman's Republican presidential bid. It was launched from the TCOM base in Elizabeth City, North Carolina on December 14, 2007. This video shows the morning Rally, Welcome, and Launching of the Blimp.

The second banner was delayed in reaching Elizabeth City. The blimp team had to make a call between waiting for the 2nd banner or launching before the weather got too bad to open the hanger doors. They launched early, which was, in my opinion, easily the correct call. The blimp can provide 80% of its advertising value with just one banner, by flying along the correct side of a freeway.
