Before 9/11 I remember during Chritmass of 2004 the News said to watch out for terrorist attacks. I live on the West Cost next to 2 army bases & 1 navel base. The level was orange and people were on high alert for attacks. During the end of Clintion, they warned agian about high level of suspected terriorist activity to us on the West Cost. During Bush was when 9/11 happened. So I blame Bush because Clinton was still conducting pieace talk with Parastain at the time.

Bush's Admin & a full house of Repub. were in at the time. Also do Americans remember when Clinton was being impeached & his adminstration reported about high terrorist activity & asked Congress to allow action but congress said no. This was when Clinton's scandal inspired the movie "Wag the Dog" with Robert De Niro, Dustin Hoffman, etc. So do think Clinton is to blame for Bush's war & our deregulated econmy. People got rich during Clinton, Compaines got EXTRA RICH DURING BUSH. Thanks Exxon

Folks...just remember Bush was the president on 9/11; he had 8 months didn't do SQUAT. Clinton is not off the hook either, but lets at least split the accountability; the bottom line is that 2 administration are partially at fault for the attacks. But Iraq had no role, whatsoever.
