This is why you need firearms in your emergency planning. The government either can't/won't help you or are going to steal from you. Although living anywhere in or near a black population is a critical error as well. Notice how they are all black? I don't think I have EVER seen footage from Katrina of a white looter....And why should you be surprised that cops are looting? They are criminals themselves with badges.

I agree is it were things to survive with I wouldn't have a problem with it,as people must survive,in any emergency,but not T.V's etc.
