I don't think it's fair that non-muslims are allowed, some just want to experience the atmosphere. If that is the way it is, then I can stand at the English border and say that no Muslims are allowed here and none of you have the right to say anything to me.

Question here. I'm not a muslim. I do not intend on insulting anyone. Im guessing that the big square in the middle is Kaaba. What does it signify? Is there anything inscribed on it?

Kaaba by itself doesnt represent anything except that we muslims are ordored by God to perform pligramage at least once in our life and we should perform it as it was discribed by prophet muhammad.

No problem, it is the Kabaa it was built by Abraham and it was used for worshipping God, It helps unify prayers and people. All muslims pray to God in direction of the Kabaa. It is the holiest place for Muslims The building it self is just bricks however it is covered with a black cloth with gold thread.

its nothing against non muslims but it is a place for muslims and you have to do islamic rituals when you go their. it is like saying muslims entering the great temple in jersulem or the church in rome. everyone has their holy place, i do wish non muslims could see and experience the beauty and atmosphere, peace.

its coz it gets REALLLLLLY crowded and there are MILLIONS of people go der. its a place where people r begging for forgivness. its not a place to sight see. its a holy place 4 us. surely u can respect dat?
