The groovy tune is indeed "Following You" by Pierre Dutour and Jack Arel, and is on Chappell Dance and Mood Music Volume 9. Sadly, never released (as it's library music), and rare as hen's teeth, but it's on the Chappell Music for Dancefloors comp and the Jack Arel one too. And the Director's clearly seen "The Stones in the Park". Fantastic clip!
