I have to say that you're the pompous jackass wannabe opera fan poser. I am a professional opera singer. It's true that all opera tenors sing in a unique way, so did Jose Carreras before his illness, he was in fact wonderful. Afterwards he has been a great ambassador for the Leukemia Foundation through his singing, but at best his voice is only got a baritone capacity, it's very wobbly, and not at all a professional match to the other two. Lovely man!!!

I loved the first Tenors album the best, and loved Jose Carreras' rendition of Granada by the famous Mexican composer Augustin Lara. This was a strong and moving performance. Bravo, Jose!

Bella interpretacion, hecha por Agustin Lara a un tenor lirico. hay que recordar que Juan Diego Florez es ligero, y lo canta a su estilo. no podemos decir que uno es mejor que el otro, sería poco inteligente, cada uno en su registro. ah! eso si, Juan Diego debe hacer su camino, Jose Carreras es leyenda.

para mi joe carreras canta mejor granada que alfredo kraus y placido porque kraus no transmite con el granada, placido es escelente pero susu agudos se cierran a partir del la en cmabio josecarreras hasta el año 1993 tenia sus agudos mas abiertos claro que después ya sabemos el final...
