In sanskrit, it's Om Mani Padme Hum (at least, this is how I used to see it); but in Tibet, they have their own pronounciation, and they recite it as you see in the title. I think both version is all right, for both have a long past, and languages do change - it's the wish, the emotion and the tradition that counts for the mantra. (But that's just an opinion, I'm not much of an expert.)
