Emperor Chin or Shi Huangdi [246-210 BC], is known as the Tiger of Qin, and the unifier of all China who ruled between 221 and 210 BC. Emperor Qin built much of the Great Wall of China, but is best known in archaeological circles for his legendary tomb. In 1974, workmen discovered the tomb of Shi Huangdi near the city of Xi'an in the modern Shensi province. Among the treasures found there is a marvelous army of terracotta soldiers and horses, consisting of nearly 8,000 life sized individual statues that were sculpted from clay and fired.

Though he has been criticised for burning books and burying confucian scholars alive, he also: unified the Chinese script (later to adopted by Japan, Korea, and Vietnam), built the first great wall, standardized weights and measures, banned weapons, and instituted a central government.

Because QinShiHuang is the First EMPEROR of China, NOT The First KING OF ALL CHINA(The Son of Heaven, King of all the Lords under Sky) It's at least be a Nominal Ruler of All China in 1600 BC. Make mention of Culture language and so on, yes there are some differ among the Waring-States in China, but the main thing is clearly came from the same place. QinShiHuang are probably the biggest diaster ever lived,his laws was brutal i recommend u to talk more about Liu Bang, he's is a much better emperor, with a successful empire. For QinShiHuang, his empire collapse right about after his death. In my point of view he's only a great conqueror, but also a bad leader.
