I like how you think through your paintings so deeply that you can describe what you were trying to do in such detail. I just grab a canvas and start painting. If someone were to ask me what the meaning was, I wouldnt be able to find the words. Example: "well, uh..its ummm, I just wanted to paint a nebularus crystal....you know the space within a crystal could be , um as deep as um...space?"

common pron: hand-ker-chef (often the I in chief is essentially left out (so short as to be not there -- well, in my Kiwi dialect anyway :)
Many people omit the D and shorten the ker part also, so they say, "hank-ke-chef". Some (Australians?) say "hanky-cheef".
But for even more ease, simply, "hanky" (han-kee) is common -- missing the D and the CHIEF altogether. No problems in the world = no issues saying it! :P This word is in formal English dictionaries too, so it's not just slang. Yeh! :D

I would just say it "hanke(r)chef" (both "e" like in "metal", weak "r"), avoiding all "i"-like sounds. In this way it should be easy to pronounce. ;-P The painting is very good and meaningful, i would even try to buy it if i have opportunity, but i guess it`s far too late for that now... :-(
