First of all, where the balls hit do almost never correspond with what note is played. Second, the whole keyboard is only one big sensor which does not care where the balls hit. The notes pre programmed, and he only plays the speed of the song.

Yeah, dude- you're absolutely right. I just noticed that too and was about to comment when I scrolled down and saw your comment. This probably happened when his assistant backstage was changing a computer setting or something.

Fake? Sure, but that's show business. The keyboard is set up to respond when the balls hit. If he doesn't hit the right key, it will still play the correct note the instant the ball hits. He starts out slow, with the balls probably hitting the right spot. He gets the audience to believe the illusion when he's juggling 3 balls with pauses. But when he's juggling 5, he's just going back and forth "playing yankee doodle" -but not really. But by then he's already gained the trust of the audience.

Yeah i think multiple times, at least once, he plays same note twice by hitting two spots on the keyboard, with certainty that it's not explained by the video having lagging sound
