I'm not saying it's the hardest, but it takes lots of practice to get the warm tone that people expect the cello to have.
If you're saying it's easy, you're probably not playing it warmly.
Grade 8?
If you're talking about Level 8 music, there's no such thing.
If you're talking about Suzuki's Grade 8 it isn't much to brag about.
And Rostropovich was one of the greatest cellists who ever lived.
Just because he picked an easier song, doesn't mean he's a bad player.
Please STFU, sit down, and...er...I guess that's it.
