Mali Birdwatching Turns Violent (graphic)

Video Description:
This was a birdwatching trip with blacksmith and Somono fisherman friends. Obviously, "birdwatching" means different things to different folks. I was admiring the shotgun, which was made by a local blacksmith, and which I thought was for emergency use only, when some Hadada ibis landed nearby. A better shot than I'd hoped -- and a shot of protein for the blacksmith kids... (Graphic -- bird gets shot and butchered)
