The voice you hear is that of Italian pop singer Maurizio Bassi, who wrote the music and lyrics to Tarzan Boy. The flamboyant guy lip synching and dancing in the video is Irishman Jimmy McShane, who was Baltimora's front man. Sadly, Jimmy eventually died of complications due to the AIDS virus.
