Take it easy with all those vitamins... take a multivitamin (like cetrum) and your Omega's and you should be good, specially at your age.

you're wasting your time getting omega 3 from flax, because it's all ALA. very little ALA gets converted to the needed DHA and EPA, it is simply burned as fuel. either take fish oil or eat some salmon. if you're a vegan, then you can get away with just the DHA from algae.
